Due to continued expansion, here at The Momentum Group we are recruiting Site Managers to join our expanding build team.

We are a fast-growing property service provider delivering bespoke advisory, build, management and maintenance services for our clients across the Liverpool Region and the North West.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for on-site management, monitoring the working programme, managing subcontractors and working closely with the Construction Manager. You’ll arrange and attend weekly meetings on site keeping the Construction Manager fully informed of processes and any changes to deliverables.

Based on site, you’ll be responsible for managing the works to ensure the project is completed safely, profitably, to the right quality, and on time. You will communicate with the sub-contractors ensuring project requirements are met and review and manage H&S procedures.

If you are a strong and switched-on leader with a good build background, experienced in the management of health and safety, including delivering toolbox talks and site inductions, comfortable in the management of trades and labour and hold SMSTS, first aid and an appropriate CSCS card, we’d love to hear from you.
