Momentum Group goes national with Bramley House property management appointment

The Momentum Group has been awarded the property management contract for Bramley House, a 19,500 sq ft office building in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

Close to Guildford town centre, Bramley House, adds to Momentum Group’s growing property management portfolio.  The recently refurbished office space in the heart of Surrey also secures Momentum’s first national contract and continues their ambition for continued growth.

The appointment adds to the Momentum Group’s growing property management instructions including Liverpool properties Aviation House, 18-20 Church Street, Princes Building and One Temple Square on Dale Street.

Charlotte Sibcy, of Yakel, said: “The Momentum Group’s credentials and commitment to continued high level service delivery is what mattered to us. They have made a significant difference to two of our properties already, treating the properties as their own and ensuring the very best outcomes for our tenants. It was obvious to us they would be the best to take the instruction to property manage our latest acquisition in Guildford.

“Their approach to service delivery, high level of management and maintenance fits perfectly with our own desire to ensure high quality buildings. The difference they make to our buildings is what gives them stand out and we are very happy to work with them.”

Chris Bliss, director and co-founder of The Momentum Group, said: “It’s a privilege to continue our partnership with Yakel Property Investment and to extend our property management portfolio with Bramley House in the south.  The appointment proves our commitment to growth, agility of the team, and high service delivery for our clients and their tenants.  It is testament to our approach that treating a client investment as our own to realise the property potential does make a difference.”
