Team Leader

The Momentum Group is a property services company that operates four commercial businesses: Advise, Build, Manage and Maintain. We deliver comprehensive and high quality, advisory, construction, property management, facilities management and maintenance solutions to clients across the private and public sector throughout the North-West and elsewhere in the UK.

The Role

Take the lead on all security incidents such as site accidents and evacuations, ensuring a safe environment for customers and tenants.
Work with and manage contractors on site including our cleaning and security providers.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in and around the centre including keeping accurate cleaning records and ensuring COSHH is always adhered to.
Ensure that there is a safe environment for customers and tenants at all times.
Regularly liaise with tenants ensuring the highest levels of customer service and communication is provided.
Keep up to date and follow all the latest health & safety legislation and ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
Report on and escalate any health & safety concerns.
Provide a 1st class customer service experience.
Maintain and grow the reputation of White Lion Walk.
Monitoring CCTV and fire safety systems.
Build a good working relationship with the Centre Administrator.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Liaise and report maintenance issues to the Momentum Property Surveyor



  • Experience with working in a shopping centre environment.
  • Excellent facilities management knowledge including COSHH Awareness, fire safety and security.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships.
  • Confident in deescalating situations when required.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-starter


  • Experience in the property services sector.
  • Valid SIA CCTV Licence*
  • Valid SIA Licence*
  • COSHH Awareness Training*
  • First Aid Qualification*
