Jacqui has been working within the property industry for over 18 years. A General Practice Chartered Surveyor, with experience in a variety of sectors including Industrial, Offices, Medical and Retail. Jacqui has developed a strong background skillset  in service charge budgets and advising clients on overall strategies for their properties, from the pre-construction phase, during construction, through to the final management onboarding.

Jacqui has worked on large retail and industrial schemes including Liverpool One, City Works in Manchester and the former Network Rail portfolio acquired by The Arch Company and has formed long working relationships with clients such as Mileway, 4^th Industrial and Redevco UK Ltd.
