Good things come in threes, and today we are celebrating our third company recognition this financial year at The Momentum Group | Certified B Corp.

We’re proud to say The Momentum Group has been awarded the Investors in People ‘We Invest in People Silver Award’, reaffirming our commitment to the performance and wellness of our team and the environment in which we work.

The Investors in People Standard uses nine indicators based on the features of organisations that consistently outperform industry norms, with Momentum scoring particularly highly in ‘Creating sustainable success, Leading and inspiring, and Managing performance. Through its analysis, Investors in People found a series of evidence, including:

– People at all levels believe Momentum is a great place to work and are committed to its success.
– People confirm that Momentum is a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable (B Corp certified) company that contributes meaningfully to the wider community.
– People are led managed and developed in line with Momentum’s values.
– People believe in and share Momentum’s values and are personally motivated to behave and act in line with them.
– Managers lead by example when demonstrating the values and associated behaviours.

As our financial year comes to an end, the We Invest in People Silver Award is the third acknowledgement The Momentum Group has secured this year, joining The Sunday Times Best Places to Work recognition, alongside becoming B-Corp certified. We certainly love working here, and these recognitions really do prove it is
