The Momentum Group Annual Away Day 2026

In June,  the entire Momentum team gathered at the Hill Dickinson stadium for our annual away day.

We used the day to report back to the team the financial performance for our 2025/26 financial year, discuss the highlights and identify areas for improvement. We broke out, utilising the stadium’s boxes, so that each Momentum Group Company could share their business plans with their teams in more detail, before coming back together to provide top line information for the whole team.

We enjoyed a stadium tour, and in the afternoon celebrated our team with The Momentum Group Awards. Based on The Momentum Group values, our awards celebrate those who have consistently lived those values throughout the year. Congratulations to all of our winners:

Tony Miller from Momentum Maintain was awarded our Safe First Award
Claudia Watson from Momentum Advise received the Exceptional Award
Andrea Wilson from Momentum Maintain was the well deserved winner of the Agile Award
Chris Allman from Momentum Build took the Clear Award
Dan Lewis from Momentum Build and Momentum Maintain scooped the Nurture Award
Philip Hutchinson from Momentum Advise was crowed Momentum Influencer of the Year
Claudia Watson was voted ‘Team Member of the Year’ by the Team.

After some rousing closing remarks, encouraging the team to deliver nothing that is less than exceptional this financial year, we gathered for team drinks before welcoming our clients and partners to The Momentum Summer Social.
